Stand with the feet at shoulder width apart.
Take threee deep breaths.
You are standing on the earth beneath the mountain. In front of you lies the sea.
Around you are green trees and in the clear blue sky a golden yellow sun is shining.
You experience a joyful feeling in the heart. Do this for two minutes.
Now continue to start to move the body in a wavelike motion from below and up and then down again. The movement comes form the spine and moves in a natural wave-like motion. Do this for one and a half minute.
You are a dolphin playing in the water or a dragonfly in the spring wind.
It is pleasant and you are carefree.
Finish this exercise with Gather Life Energy from Heaven and Earth - three times.
Helps you to center yourself
Stretch the arms out at shoulder height and lift them towards the sky.
Stop when the arms are halfway up and feel life energy flow in.
When the arms are straight up, turn the palms downwards and bring in Qi energy.
Stop halfway down to the head and experience the strength of the energy flow.
Move the hands further down in front of the face.
Feel the life energy flow down from the tip of the nose through the body’s middle channel to the navel and further to the Dantian.
Move the hands out to gather additional life energy from nature.
Bend the knees slightly.
Move in the hands to gather energy to the Dantian.
Repeat this exercise three times.
